Return Policy and warranty on Kurupee manufactured products
Our 60 days warranty guarantees our customers a free of charge replacement/repair of Kurupee products which do not live up to expected standard due to any mistake on our part. Shipping cost back is covered by the customer. Defective products are repaired or replaced and shipped back to the customer at no charge. We do not offer refunds since our products are custom made.

Should you wish to cancel an order already in production there is a 75USD charge. This is because of the extensive process and costs involved in the making of custom products. If we have not received any request from the customer within 48 hours after entering the order, we process it and then we begin the production process. Once the product enters the first production step, it belongs exclusively to the customer who ordered it (i.e. the customer is the actual owner of the suit even though it has not been shipped yet).

Return policy and warranty for Third Party manufactured products
Products that do not bear the Kurupee Brand Name are covered and guaranteed by their respective manufacturers. Kurupee will intercede for the customer but is ultimately up to the manufacturer to honor the warranty.
Shipping
Kurupee Brand Products are manufactured and shipped from Paraguay by Get-Mental S.R.L. for Kurupee, Inc. All other items are shipped from either the manufacturer or the Kurupee warehouse in the US. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together or delivered on the same day.
Please Contact us immediately if your package was damaged during shipping.
